Lydia Whitmore was raised in the Sussex countryside, and studied painting at Central Saint Martins and Chelsea College of Art, London. She developed an interest in cinematography at university and commenced a four-year apprenticeship with a still-life photographer upon graduating. Lydia currently works out of her own studio in East London, and over the past 5 years has shot for clients such as Nike, Samsung and Heineken, and most recently a campaign for Sprite in New York.
