She started her career at AMV BBDO and after gaining close to a decade of experience, made the move to Campaigns ‘Advertising Agency of the Decade’, adam&eveDDB . Throughout her career, she has been recognised as ‘one to watch’; she's been featured in Design Week as a 'Rising Star' and Creative Review’s 'Emerging Talent Portfolio'. Jaki’s passion for the industry lead her to be named one of 2017’s Cannes Lions See It Be It, ‘Future Female Leaders’. In 2019, she launched ‘Equal Lens ’, an initiative to create new and equal opportunities for women and non-binary photographers in advertising. Her work in making our industry more diverse and inclusive was recognised in the 2020 IPA iList in collaboration with Unilever and Campaign Magazine.
