SHETAKESOVER PROMOTES CREATIVE TALENT FOR INTERNATIONAL WOMEN/WOMXN'S DAY MONTH - MARCH, 2021 Equal Lens is excited to announce that #SheTakesOver is back and launched for round 2. Once again we’ve partnered with adam&eveDDB , Free the Work , and the Alliance for Women Film Composers & Campaign magazine to showcase the work of all women/womxn creators, regardless of their background or how they identify. NB: We have included the alternative spelling of ‘womxn’ to stand alongside the traditional spelling of ‘women’. Our aim is to acknowledge what the term ‘womxn’ represents for some – an intersectional approach that explicitly includes transgender women and nonbinary people. ‘womxn’ is pronounced the same as ‘women’. For the month of March, adam&eveDDB and other creative agencies will be sharing creative work from 271 women/womxn photographers, directors, composers, illustrators & animators across multiple channels. This year #SheTakesOver has created a new Instagram account @she.takes.over , which will become a lasting resource for diverse production talent. Also, watch out for a virtual #SheTakesOver event later this month we will no doubt feature details on our Instagram account @equallens .

PHOTOGRAPHERS CHLOE CLAVERIE Chloé Claverie is a Paris born photographer and director. She started out as an art director for the advertising agency Chemistry in Dublin and for DDB Paris.In 2005 she joined forces with Nick West to work as the photographer duo, Nick & Chloé. Their work has been awarded Internationally for print and motion at Ai Ap, Icad, Club des DA, IMVF & ASVOFF. They have shot campaigns for Nike, Audi, Jaeger le Coultre, Dior and Conde Nast amongst others. Chloé's solo work has been exhibited in Paris and Berlin. She now shoots her own work but is also continuing to work as part of Nick & Chloé.
